#6: Sports

Well, in the sport topic I have a little problem, because in this moment I not practice any sport. Anyway, in the past I practice Football and Baby-Football (in bigest and smalled places, in grass and in concret), volleyball, table tennis and tennis. I really enyoyed to practice the sports because is good for the health (“the air breathed” is better) and you could have healthy friends.

If we speak about pysical activities, we have a several problem, because more people look for the oriental practices, and they not really said where born the Tai-Chi or Yoga: There are spirituals things in the table, but they speak “Oh no, are you mad?” and they not listen about the Health in the Jesus name... Maybe not all the people recognize the divine power.

Definitely, should be erradicated the bad activities like to eat out of the health order. This topic is very important because Chile has a bad diet, and too we have more working days. In this line, the sports are really importants for the nation because actually the people is stressed and an average percentage have obesity (Rates of obesity in Chile increased drastically in the last 15 years). The candidats for the presidence should to speak about Sports politics (Public Health, Food and Nutrition).

Related with the typical chilean “sports”, they aren’t very promoted during the year. Well, I consider "rodeo a la chilena" a popular sport, but I not understand her sence... I don’t like the beaten cows.

Chili: beautiful country

Welcome to Santiago! This is the capital of Chile. It is a big metropolis with many places to visit, and more things to eat…

When you come to Santiago, you should visit parks: Araucano, De las Esculturas, Forestal and Bustamante. Also, you could visit in the downtown the palace of Government “La Moneda”, the museums Red House and the National History, Santa Lucía hill and the San Cristobal hill.

If you are a tourist, you should eat typical food, maybe in Restorants you ask for “Empanada de Pino”, a typical turnover filled with diced meat, onions, olive, raisins and a piece of hard-boiled egg, baked in earthen or plain oven. Maybe, too, in the same streets you find Cheese Empanadas, and “Sopaipillas” (flat circular deep fried 'bread' made of pumpkin and flour). Also, if you want Sandwiches, you have “Churrasco”, “Chacarero” and “Barros Luco”, or in the supermarket you can sell “Arrollado de Chancho” (Chunks of pork wrapped in pork fat smothered in red ají (chili)) and putting bread and mayonnaise.

If I could make a list with the top five places, I considered that:
1) To travel in a Cable car in the “San Cristóbal” hill. In this place, you could see the entire city and to enjoy with your boyfriend or girlfriend.
2) Go to the “Central Market” and to eat some fish or seafood… They are very delicious!
3) Go to “La Piojera”, an typical Restorant in the downtown, and to eat “Pastel the Choclo” and to drink “Chicha”
4) Go southward in train (near to Santiago) to the Buin Zoo, in Paine.
5) If you want to go to the mountain, take a bus to Cajon Del Maipo or to Farellones.

>Music<

Hello classmates! Welcome to my world! Today I'm going to speak about the music!

Music is an important issue in the young people’s life because it marks stages for all life.

A long time ago I listened to tropical, salsa, merengue and “sound” music. Today, I hasn’t

this music because it is really different in relation to my personality.

I listen to music in all my house: in the bathroom, my room and in the dinning room, because I have a mini computer, and it is portable. I don’t use the MP3 very much.

I achieve the music with friends (it is only for personal consumption!) and also buy CD's (In my house, I have almost all originals CD's).

I like some groups, but I'm not a follower of anyone. I like Hillsong, In Spirit and Truth, Jason Upton and Marco Barrientos.

Kind of music? Mmm it is very strange for all the people, but I listen to worship music. All day: however, when I study, I can’t listen to all the music in a high volume.

In this year I knew the worship prophetic movement. It is a big difference in the structure of regular worship music, because everyday people are connected to God and empowered and released into their purpose and calling. This music prepares the environment in any place.

Transantiago

Transantiago has been a real change in the city: The “facing change” could be, for some people, better and for other people very bad, but, include that it has been getting better and better.

When Transantiago started, all the people said “Oh no! Transantiago is awful! Where is Ivan Zamorano?” and laughed all the day. In those days I discovered differents forms to moving in the city (Santiago), because in the other system of transport (yellow buses, in Spanish “Micros amarillas”) I had too much buses in my street: are crossed eight lines of long-distance buses, to Maipú, Recoleta, Escuela Militar, Providencia, Independencia, and to the Middletown.

The old buses are good for to sleep, especially in long distances just like Quilicura – Baquedano. Now, I only slept twice.

I like the buses information in Transantiago, as the website is very complete, although on the principle went horrible. I miss the big maps of the city. Now, we only have cut maps.

I like to take the bus the sundays and to pay “Scholar”, It is a big difference between the old system and the new system!

In this days, there are willingness of the politicians to improve this new system. Transantiago looks a lot better.

Almolonga Village in Guatemala

Well, I would like to go to Guatemala (a country in Central America) because is a beautiful place to visit: culture, biodiversity, geography and her people principally.

I don't know very much the country, but I know Guatemala City is home to many of the nation's libraries and museums.

I believe than Almolonga Village, in Quetzaltenango (a department from Guatemala) is the best place to visit: The village is known as the "Vegetable Basket of the Americas" (la Hortaliza de América) due to an intense cultivation of vegetables in its vicinity.

I would like to speak with Harold Caballeros, a presidential candidate, and his advisor team: it could be beneficial for my life and Chile too. In this country the protestantism has increased markedly in recent decades in this country: more than one third of Guatemalans are protestant and this is an event worth seeing.

If God wishes, the trip would be to know, to share with my brothers and to work for the God’s Kingdom.
