The education: Ken Robinson

Ken Robinson said “The creativity is very important in education”. This phrase is fundamental in his speech. The students need activity plays, since your life will be determined largely by your formation. In the current Informational Age (s.XXI), encouraging creativity and helping our children to think differently can help them a lot.

The schools don’t reforce the artistic area. “The people say that you are sick if you want to be a dancer”.

I surprised his expression on having said that in all the parts of the world there was a priority order for the education: mathematics and languages, humanities and arts. Inside the above mentioned the music is on the dance, why does this happen?

He said some phrases as: “You must not say ‘you are mistaken!’ but ‘you are creative!’” (This way, the person is not stigmatized to the mistake), “The creation is a way that never finishes”, “We need creative professors in the university”. This phrases are extraordinary: really they show the quality of the speech!.

I think that his ideas are very coherent with the reality: Really the children have a meta, or it will be that first his parents must have it?. The problem is in the vision that the persons have of the education and which will be the intention for which they are going to be educated.
